CopperCube Simple Text To Speech

Has a SAVE command to save speech into .wav file..
(sometimes you may need it to save and edit sound -dont forgot to convert .wav into other format that is smaller in size)

Added action file to be downloaded- this is a standalone with my exe file-so no need for external exe file with this version.

Now you can set voice to female/male/pitch/rate/emph/silence/volume/spell..
I added simple commands for that but all default XML tags are supported.

Just for fun but can be useful..
INFO.txt added with info how to use it with Coppercube.

It doesnt need Coppercube but i made it for Coppercube project-but feel free to use it as you want.
